In this case, the dancers themselves can regulate the intensity of their loads, which is also important. Well, and most importantly, dancing is a combination of enjoyable and useful: pleasant communication and healthy physical tone - what could be better? What is the hustle dance? The concept of hustle does not initially imply the existence of a constant pair - it is an improvisational dance in which each partner learns a certain set of elements, ideally - unlimited, which can then be danced with various partners. There are no hard schemes - partners are to define, in what sequence elements will be danced. There are no clear conditions. Also, in the hustle there are only 2 types of the main course, with beginners studying only one - the most simple. As for music, you can dance for disco, and for latin, and for pop music, fast and slow. Almost all modern popular pop music is suitable for hustle. Complete freedom! How often do I need to train? Each of the students in groups can decide what they need from the hustle. To learn how to dance "for yourself" it is enough to practice a couple of times a week for an hour and a half. But if you want serious sport success, then we, as teachers, have all the possibilities and desire to prepare sports couples for this, including for large international tournaments. How to bond with the help of dances? When attend dance classes people get psychological relaxation, are satisfied with their beautiful movements, they have self-confidence. And in such conditions, love couples can form, and you can arrange your personal destiny in this way. In hustle very often men and women find their "half." Among our students, there are so many happy examples. But even if you did not find your "half”, dancing classes are still the best way to meet new people and communicate! Which dance style is perfect for me? Each dance has its own characteristics. What is difficult for one person, the other just does not notice. The beauty of dance classes for adults is that you can try everything and choose your dance: hustle, salsa, Argentine tango... Are there any contraindications for dancing? If only serious medical contraindications. Although ... If you are training for your soul and not plan to attend serious sport competitions - some slight physical activity will only make you healthier. And the technique - the secret is that when you experience dance within yourself, then not only the body but also the soul dances, and the emotional component of the dance appears, which is often more important than the correct technique. And the audience perceives such a dance in a completely different way from "bare" technicality, even if those one is ideal. And the advice for those who still doubt: Do not be afraid - everything is possible in dance! Just come and try.
